Directions to the property:

If you put our post code into a sat-nav it is likely to guide you to the wrong place so we advise that you use the following directions, especially after leaving Minsterley.

Alternatively search Hope Park Farm Holiday Cottages in Google Maps and you will find us pinpointed.

· From the A5 Shrewsbury by-pass take the A488 towards Bishops Castle.

· Go through the villages of Hanwood, Pontesbury and Minsterley.

· At the roundabout in Minsterley take the first exit, still on A488 (signed Bishops Castle).

· After approx 3.5 miles take the road off on the right signed Bentlawnt, Leigh and Hope School. This road is opposite a red painted brick cottage in a wooded valley and there is also a sign at the junction for Hope Church and Tourist Information.

· Go up the hill, passing Hope School and the cemetery on the right, and at the crossroads turn left.

· Continue up the hill past some cottages and houses on the left.

· Go straight on at the next crossroads.

· Ignoring houses called Hope Park House and Park View on the right and Dovetop on the left, continue for 400 metres after the crossroads until, almost on the brow of the hill, you will see the sign for ‘Hope Park Farmhouse’ on the right next to a galvanised steel which has a white 'Please Close the Gate' sign on it and leads to a track across the field.

· Go through the gate and continue on the track down the hill to the next gate. You have arrived at Hope Park Farmhouse.

• Travelling north on the A49 towards Shrewsbury, turn left onto the A489 approximately 1.5 miles after leaving Craven Arms.
• After approx 8 miles turn right on to the A488
• After approx 7.5 miles take the road off on the left signed Bentlawnt, Leigh and Hope School. This road is opposite a red painted brick cottage in a wooded valley and there is also a sign at the junction for Hope Church and Tourist Information.
• Proceed as above.

Rail

The nearest railway stations are at Shrewsbury (approx 15 miles) and Welshpool (approx 12 miles).

Bus

The Shrewsbury to Bishop's Castle service, number 553, runs along the A488, the nearest stop being approx 1.5 miles from Hope Park Farm.
